1. Steel plate grinding: Its purpose is to use physical and chemical methods to remove oil stains on the plate surface to improve its adsorption performance; to avoid the occurrence of defects such as rough, brittle, retractable debonding, and difficult etching of the plate. 300 mesh or more abrasives such as HTE-201 are generally selected for grinding.

2. Steel plate cleaning: Use THE-202A to drip oil, rinse with water, and dry it; or use HTE-202B hot water for cleaning immediately to remove oil stains. Then use HTE-704 surface treatment agent to wipe it again.

3. Plate making glue: two types of sensitive sensitized THE-301 and non-sensitized THE-302. The use of sensitized plate-making glue for fine, high-density, and overprinting; the use of non-sensitized plate-making glue instead. The coating operation can be coated or screen printed separately. This step is the key to this process technology. It requires a flat surface, consistent thickness, and good adhesion.

4. Curing: The sensitized plate is dried on a roaster and the non-sensitized plate is dried with a hair dryer. Bake temperature control at 50 ~ 70 °C, see the hot gas evaporated from the glue that does not have to bake, let it dry. The cooling can be placed in the cooling plate, ie, the sponge is placed in the plate with half of cold water, so that the plate-making glue has a short curing time and adheres firmly.

5. Manuscript (Film): Check the content of the darkness, the depth of black, the surface of the drug film, etc., and then locate on the steel plate.

6. Exposure: The emulsion surface of the positive film is affixed to the sensitized glue surface, and exposure is performed on the exposure plate. Ultraviolet light source exposure time is 1 ~ 2min, relatively short development effect is good; double exposure curing is conducive to etching forming.

7. Development: Use THE-701 developer solution for water, apply lightly with a brush to the unexposed areas, expose the pictures, rinse with water and blow dry. The revised version is mainly for undeveloped parts and is lightly trimmed with a fine knife. The area with trachoma or excessive local development is corrected with plate-making glue, dried, and exposed.

8. Etching: This step is the key to the quality of the steel plate production. All parts are required to be fully prepared before operation. The etching solution THE-801 is pre-filled according to the amount in a small plastic bottle or plastic box. It must not be placed in a metal container. Inside, the steel plate is not etched around the area to be taped into a box shape, which is conducive to containing the etching solution, the steel plate is slightly heated, and the temperature is placed on the plastic plate inside the shelf, which facilitates the etching acceleration, and the brush is used to etch the droplets. Inside the steel plate graphic box, allow natural etching reaction, or around the steel plate graphic, brush evenly from top to bottom 2~5 times. After 3 to 10 minutes, if the picture has a concave shape, rinse with clean water and etch it to a depth of about 30 to 50 μm. If it is not reached, then etch the steel plate. The key is to grasp the relationship between the etching solution and depth, temperature and time.

9. Stripping: For the non-sensitized steel plate with the removal of THE-707 can be for the sensitized plate heating into the release film containing THE-901 inside the film stripping, washing and drying after removal, comprehensive Check it again (preferably using a meter tool).

10. Packaging: The surface of the steel plate is lubricated and filled into a plastic bag. The working fluids are returned to their respective packagings, and the tools and articles are cleaned and placed in special plastic trays.
