They reflect that the level of the dots is well maintained, which is conducive to their color control during printing.
The controllability of the CTP process is very high, because it has high reducibility, and there are corresponding instruments to measure and monitor the plate material, and the data is strong, so that the entire printing color management can be completely realized, from the printing of digital manuscripts to ps The output of the plate material, and then the control of the color of the printed sheet, each step can use the corresponding data to speak, which is more convincing and scientific.
From the analysis of the current job output through CTP, there are mainly the following characteristics:
1. For products with large volume, high requirements and strict control, take the company with the most CTP publications as an example. A color box construction order requires 450,000 finished products and the number of printed sheets reaches 125,700. If the calculation is based on the print resistance of 20,000 to 30,000 traditional ps plates, 5 to 6 sets of plates are required. In the end, in the case of CTP publishing, a total of 3 sets were published. Since the printing workshop is currently in the adaptation stage for CTP plates, the print durability is only a conservative estimate.
