Operation steps: 1. Turn on the power switch and power on the whole machine. 2. Set the speed: directly twist the knob to change the set speed, turn clockwise, the set speed value increases, and counterclockwise decreases. If there is no operation for 2 seconds, the system displays the actual measured speed after confirmation. 3. Set the temperature: Press and hold the knob for 2 seconds to display the current set temperature, release it, and then press the knob for 2 seconds to enter the temperature setting state (the setting temperature is blinking), increase clockwise to increase, and decrease counterclockwise. If there is no operation for 2 seconds, the system displays the actual measured temperature after confirmation. 4. Set the time: Press the knob twice to enter the fixed time setting state, turn clockwise to increase, and counterclockwise to decrease. If you need the instrument for long-term operation, please set this value to 0 (hours). 5. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power of the instrument, check and clean the instrument, and fill in the instrument usage record.

Precautions:

2. When the shake bottle is damaged during the experiment, clean it in time to avoid the fermentation liquid corroding the shaker.
