According to reports, before the launch of this machine, whether it is imported or domestically produced corrugated board production lines, it is impossible to make the prepared roll paper directly on the machine to produce corrugated board (box), but only on the boxboard base paper. The machine produces blank white corrugated cardboard, and then uses a rotary slotting machine to print the carton pattern one by one, or uses a single machine to glue one piece of composite tissue paper. Such a production process not only causes the printing colors to be insufficiently bright, lacks a sense of layering, and the overall printing quality is poor, but also has a low effective area, resulting in a low production efficiency, a large labor intensity, and a high cost, and it is far from being able to meet the production requirements of high-grade carton boxes. And market demand for product packaging.
In the spirit of being responsible to customers, while promoting the machine, on the one hand, it cooperated with some manufacturers in Shenzhen and Dongguan to successfully develop a high-temperature resistant ink and plate, which matched with the user's worries; On the other hand, it cooperated with Zhejiang Tongtianxing Group Co., Ltd. to use this machine for high-speed continuous automatic production. After several months of operation, the results showed that the machine not only improved the grade of the company's carton color printing, but also improved labor productivity and raw material utilization. According to the person in charge of Tongtianxing, the machine adopts full computer automatic control for the entire volume printing. There is almost no printing color difference in the production process, and the overlay accuracy is quite accurate, which is very suitable for the production of high-grade and mid-range cardboard boxes in corrugated board production lines.
