Countermeasure 1: Strengthen Publicity

This requires schools, societies, media, and agencies to keep propagating, and at the same time the government formulates relevant preferential policies for guidance.

Countermeasure 2: Collect waste paper

According to surveys, about 1.3 million tons of waste paper produced in Shanghai each year is basically recovered. Most of them were sent to the field for the production of low-grade recycled paper. This is due to the poor quality of local waste paper recycling, not only the advantages and disadvantages, but also mixed with water, with rubber, mixed with garbage and so on. Experts suggest that an effective recycling channel be established as soon as possible to provide a stable “grain source” for the production of large-scale production of “high-grade waste paper” collected from printing plants, office buildings, and households' scraps of white paper, printed waste paper, waste paper, and periodicals and magazines. Countermeasure 3: Improve Technology

Most of the domestically-made recycled office papers on the market are made from 80% waste pulp and 20% wood pulp. Therefore, the finish, aesthetics, and elimination of static electricity are not as good as those of the original wood pulp paper. In the course of use, printers, copiers, and other equipment will be added. Loss, and it is difficult to show its skill in the use of paper with high requirements.
