Shrink film is easy to accumulate in the center column

cause:
● Poor shrink film;
● The size of the shrink film does not match the design size of the center column;
● The sleeve labeling machine is not adjusted well.

Solution:
● Choose sleeve labeling machine with high stability, good adjustment and high tolerance for shrink film size;
● The quality of shrink film is controlled by the factory.

Inaccurate sets

cause:
● The sleeve labeling machine is not adjusted well;
● The shrink film has static electricity.

Solution:
● Choose sleeve labeling machine with high stability, good adjustment and low static interference of shrink film;
● Strengthen technical training for operators;
● Use static elimination equipment.

The blade is easy to cut to the center column, causing the blade to break

cause:
● The center column is not installed correctly;
● The shrink film accumulates in the center column.

Solution:
● Choose sleeve labeling machine with high stability and shrink film not easy to accumulate in the center column;
● Choose the central column for easy installation and the sleeve labeling machine to clamp the driving wheel to the central column. (Some brands of sleeve labeling machine's drive wheels cannot clamp the center column, and they must be loosened to a certain extent to smoothly sleeve the label.) If they are loosened and not clamped, the position of the cutter and center column will be incorrect.

Shrink film is cut off unevenly and has burrs

cause:
● The shrink film size is larger than the design size of the center column;
● The tip of the knife is not sharp;
● The blade level is incorrect.

Solution:
● Control of shrink film size;
● Replace the blade;
● Use sleeve labeling machine with good blade level.
