Tips: A Case of JS2102 Double Sided Offset Press Repair

Since the factory purchased the JS2102 double-sided offset printing press, it has been operating in a good condition and with high efficiency. It has produced a force for the printing of textbooks. Recently, an abnormality occurred in the paper feeding section of the machine, irregular start-up and stoppage, unstable transport of paper, troubles in operation, quality deterioration, paper loss, and efficiency reduction. To this end, the captain requested maintenance. Through the cleaning, debugging, and careful observation, it was confirmed that the paper feed clutch part was malfunctioning.

First of all, check the magnetic switch, pull the magnet, pass the test, and run everything normally. After switching the spring of the clutch and the plane bearing in the sleeve, this phenomenon still occurs after starting up. Then remove the fork and find that the original screw head on the flat key off, resulting in the flat key in the slot is not tight, there is a loose phenomenon, there has been a clutch error, open, stop failure, conveying paper is not stable phenomenon. By replacing the screws, trimming the flat keys, trimming the fork, cleaning the dust, adjusting the spring pressure after installation, and starting the test and printing, this unstable phenomenon is eliminated, the paper feeding is smooth and normal, the paper loss is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

Note: The screw head cannot exceed the flat key, otherwise the clutch will fail.
