4.1 Preparation
4.1.1 Turn on the power.
4.1.2 Check if the instrument is running normally and there is abnormal noise and vibration.
4.1.3 Whether the acceleration and deceleration are smooth and effective.
4.1.4 Whether the display shows normal.
4.2. Method of operation
4.2.1 Remove the collection culture incubator First check whether the packaging is intact, and open the aseptic packaging bag in the sterile room.
4.2.2 Place the collection incubators one by one on a stainless steel seat.
4.2.3 Put the catheter of the collection incubator into the pump head of the intelligent collection instrument, and the positioning is required to be accurate, and the catheter is smooth.
4.2.4 Open the sample with the test, insert the pinhole and disinfect, then position the vial.
4.2.5 Unplug the sheath of the injection double-core needle, insert it into the sample, press the “Run†button to open the collection instrument, and then press “30R†“100R “140R†“160R†to adjust the required rotation speed;
Press the “Up†and “Down†keys to adjust the rotation speed up and down, and carry out the filtration collection. (The double-core needle inlet filter should be prevented from being wet by the liquid and affect the intake).
4.2.6 After the collection of bacteria, if the sample contains antibacterial substances, wash with appropriate buffer, the cleaning method is the same as the collection process.
4.2.7 Open the aluminum cover of the medium, insert the pin hole and disinfect.
4.2.8 Remove the rubber plug at the opening of the top air filter, plug the filter plug at the bottom of the collection incubator, and open and close the hose with a hemostatic forceps to open the collection instrument and pump the medium.

4.2.9 Clamp the catheter with the incubator connection with a small clip, leave a 5-6 cm catheter, check the rest, and insert the open end into the air filter opening.
4.2.10 Cultivate according to the regulations and observe the culture.
4.2.11 When replacing the inspection product and completing the filtration, press the “Stop†button and the instrument will stop running immediately.
