Solution:
1. Check if the motor is overloaded.
2. Check (7-00) if the rated current of the motor is appropriate.
3. Check the electronic thermal relay function settings.
4. Increase the motor capacity.

Fault 2: The output current exceeds the current that the motor driver can withstand. Error symbol: OL
Solution:
1. Check if the motor is overloaded.
2. Decrease (7-02) torque boost setting.
3. Increase the motor drive output capacity.
Fault 3: Communication error error symbol: CE1
Solution:
1. Check if the communication signal is reversed SG+, SG-.
2. Check if the communication format is correct.
Fault 4: Motor load is too large Error symbol: OL2
Solution:
1. Check if the motor load is too large.
2. Check the torque detection level setting value (6-03→6-05).
Fault 5: Overcurrent in acceleration error symbol: OCR
Solution:
1. Check the screws of the motor driver and motor for looseness.
2. Check if the U/T1-V/T2-W/T3 output connection is poorly insulated.
3. Increase the acceleration time.
4. Decrease (7-02) Torque boost setting.
5. Replace the large output capacity motor driver.
Fault 6: Overcurrent in deceleration generates error symbol: OCd
Solution:
1. Check if the U/T1-V/T2-W/T3 output connection is poorly insulated.
2. The deceleration time is lengthened.
3. Replace the large output capacity motor drive.
Fault 7: Overcurrent in operation generates error symbol: OCn
Solution:
1. Is the output connection poorly insulated?
2. Check if the motor is blocked.
3. Replace the large output capacity motor drive.
Fault 8: When the external multi-function input terminal (M1~M3) sets the external abnormality and GND is closed, the motor driver stops outputting the error symbol: EF
Solution: Clear the source of the fault and press the "RESET" button.
Fault 9: Internal memory IC data write error error symbol: CF1
Solution:
1. Power off after power off.
2. Or send the factory for repair.
Fault 10: Internal memory IC data readout error error symbol: CF2
Solution: Press the RESET button to reset the internal parameters to the factory.
Fault 11: The motor driver detects the line abnormality (there are seven types of CF3.1→CF3.7) error symbol: CF3
Solution: The above seven kinds of abnormalities are sent directly to the factory for repair.
Fault 12: Automatic acceleration/deceleration mode failure error symbol: CFR
Solution: 1. Whether the motor driver and motor match properly. 2. The load recovery inertia is too large. 3. The load changes too sharply.
Fault 13: When the external multi-function input terminal (M1→M3) is set to this function and GND is closed, the motor driver stops outputting the error symbol: bb
Solution: Clear the signal source "bb" and disappear immediately.
