1. Process setting of register cursor

Before developing the registration cursor process, you must first understand the working principle and requirements of the device registration system. (2) According to the requirements of the size of the cursor of the web bronzing machine registration system, the width of the axial position registration cursor line is 2.0 mm; the size of the circumferential registration cursor is 3.0 mm × 7.0 mm.

In addition to the size requirements, the circumferential position registration cursor also has a requirement for the number of cursors. If the conditions permit, the number is preferably the same as the hot stamping cycle, which can improve the recognition ability of the machine for the hot stamping registration cursor. It can also shorten the hot stamping registration time and reduce material waste.

2. The process of hot stamping

At present, there are two main types of hot stamping technology applied to web bronzing machines: ordinary hot stamping process and bump hot stamping process. The ordinary hot stamping process is much less difficult to realize than the bump hot stamping process. Here is how to formulate the hot stamping process when the two web hot stamping processes are implemented.

(1) Formulation of ordinary hot stamping process

First, one of the keys to achieving all hot stamping processes is determining the thickness of the hot stamping plate. In the production of ordinary hot stamping plates, after the hot stamping plate is heated, the expanded size of the plate is not very concerned, but it is very important in the production of curved hot stamping plates. (2) Formulation of bump hot stamping process

The bump hot stamping technology is a hot stamping technique in which hot stamping and embossing are completed at one time. As with the ordinary hot stamping process, the bump hot stamping has strict requirements on the thickness of the arc stamping plate. In the bump hot stamping process, the key point to analyze is the thickness matching problem between the hot stamping bottom mold roll and the concave hot stamping roll: after the hot stamping roll is heated to the normal hot stamping temperature, the hot stamping surface is to the center of the roll. The size of the bottom plate should be exactly the same as the corresponding roller core distance. It can be seen that the diameter of the two rollers is exactly the same when hot stamping, so the thickness of the bottom mold must be strictly controlled, otherwise the linear speed will not occur. Matching, there will be a misalignment of the upper and lower plates, and the bump hot stamping process will not be realized.
